About Lili Wachenheim Mueller
She received a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Heidelberg in 1916 and was one of the first female chemists to be hired by the Badische Anilin und Sodafabrik (Baden Aniline and Soda Factory) (BASF) in Ludwigshafen in 1918.
