EU SURVEY ON BLOCKCHAIN SKILLS

THE CHAISE PROJECT
CHAISE is a transnational initiative, funded by the European Commission, to set forward a sectoral approach on Blockchain Skills Development. CHAISE, as a Sector Skills Alliance, will formulate and deliver a European strategy to address skill mismatches and shortages in the Blockchain Sector and deliver appropriate and future-focused training, qualifications and mobility solutions, geared to sectoral realities and needs. For more information, please visit our website: https://chaise-blockchainskills.eu/

PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY
1. Identify the most needed technical, non-technical and transversal skills for Blockchain relevant positions
2. Identify to which extent Blockchain applicants fulfil knowledge and skills requirements
3. Investigate current Blockchain training and workforce development realities
4. Explore the challenges typically faced by employers in finding/recruiting candidates with the required Blockchain skillset
