Vorbereitung des Leitungswegs beim Glasfaser-Anschluss

Auf dieser Seite zeigen wir Ihnen, welche Möglichkeiten Sie bei der Glasfaser-Versorgung Ihrer Immobilie bzgl. dem Montageort Ihrer Glasfaser-Dose haben und welche Maßnahmen zu dem Leitungsweg von Ihnen zu treffen sind.

Zuführung Glasfaser

Um Ihr Ein- oder Mehrfamilienhaus an unser Glasfaser-Netz anzuschließen, führen wir das Glasfaser-Kabel z. B. mit einer Erdrakete unterirdisch von der Straße zu Ihrer Kellerwand bzw. zum Hausanschlussraum. Dazu wird aus Sicherheitsgründen der kürzeste Weg genutzt. Unser Ausbaupartner entscheidet vor Ort, mit welchem Verfahren Ihr Gebäude am besten erschlossen werden kann. Der Eintrittspunkt ist in der Regel dort, wo auch Ihre Versorgungsleitungen wie Strom-, Gas- oder Kupferkabel für Ihren bisherigen Telefonanschluss liegen.

Montage Hausanschluss

Von dem Eintrittspunkt aus montieren wir in einem Umkreis von drei Metern Ihren Glasfaser-Hausanschluss. An diesem wird Ihre Glasfaser-Dose angeschlossen. 

Sofern Sie die Glasfaser-Dose an einem Wunschort installiert haben möchten, ist der Leitungsweg dorthin mit einer Länge von bis zu 20 Metern ab dem Glasfaser-Hausanschluss von Ihnen oder durch Fachpersonal vorzubereiten. Sie können dafür auch unseren Installations-Service nutzen.

Zentraler Routerstandort

Die Qualität des WLAN-Signals hängt neben den baulichen Gegebenheiten (z. B. Ziegel- und Betonwände) auch von dem Ort Ihres Routers ab. Wählen Sie daher eine möglichst zentrale Stelle für Ihre Glasfaser-Dose und Ihren Router. Berücksichtigen Sie dabei, dass an dieser Stelle mindestens zwei 230-Volt-Steckdosen notwendig sind. 

Hinweis: Denken Sie bei Ihrer Elektrotechnik an die erforderliche Erdung und den Potenzialausgleich.

Vorbereitung Leitungsweg

Sofern für den Wunschort Ihrer Glasfaser-Dose der Leitungsweg einen Wand- oder Deckendurchbruch erfordert, nutzen Sie einen Bohrer mit der Stärke von mindestens 12 mm. Mit diesem Durchmesser kann ein ausreichend großes Loch für das Glasfaser-Kabel gebohrt werden. 

Um die Glasfaser-Kabel nicht zu beschädigen, sind Mini-Kabelkanäle, Leerrohre oder Kabelschächte mit einem Durchmesser von mindestens 12 mm zu nutzen, damit wir die Glasfaser-Leitung zuglastfrei einziehen können. 

Der Leitungsweg in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ist nur innerhalb Ihrer Wohnung vorzubereiten. 
Unser technischer Service übernimmt in dem Fall die Verlegung von dem Glasfaser-Hausanschluss mittels Steigleitungen bis zu Ihrer Wohneinheit. In der Standardbauweise montieren wir Ihre Glasfaser-Dose im Umkreis von drei Metern ab Wohnungseintritt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
